Return & Refund Policy — International Vehicle Export

1. All Sales Are Final All vehicles sold and exported by our company are purchased as is and final. Due to the nature of international shipping, customs processes, and overseas logistics, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

2. Vehicle Condition & Inspection Clients are encouraged to review all available photos, videos, and inspection reports prior to purchase. Once the vehicle is paid for and released for export, the sale is considered complete.

3. Shipping Insurance & Damage Coverage Every shipment includes standard shipping insurance, which covers damage that may occur during transit. If a vehicle sustains qualifying damage while in the custody of the shipping carrier, the buyer may be eligible for a vehicle switch option, subject to the insurance provider’s assessment and approval.

4. Vehicle Switch Option (Insurance-Based) If the insurance claim is approved:

• The buyer may select a replacement vehicle of similar value from our available inventory.

• If the chosen replacement vehicle exceeds the insured value, the buyer is responsible for covering the difference.

• No cash refunds or credits are issued under any circumstances.

5. Exclusions The following situations are not covered by returns, refunds, or vehicle switching:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of preference

• Delays caused by customs, ports, or shipping lines

• Mechanical issues not related to shipping damage

• Damage occurring before the vehicle is handed over to the shipping carrier

• Any claims denied by the insurance provider

6. Claims Process All claims must be submitted immediately upon delivery, with supporting photos, videos, and documentation. Claims are processed directly through the shipping insurance provider. Our team will assist with coordination but does not influence claim outcomes.

7. Acceptance of Policy By purchasing a vehicle and initiating export, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
